You can use a steering wheel puller with three long bolts screwed into three of the allen head bolt holes but be very carefull not to ruin the threads in the end of the crankshaft. If the hub dosen't come loose with pressure on the puller try taping the end of the puller bolt with a hammer, this will sometimes break it free.
